 John Flynn, educated in the culinary arts in one of Ireland's most prestigious catering establishments, Rockwell College in County Tipperary, where Republican revolutionary leader and later President of Ireland, Eamon de Valera was once also a student.
I have worked in some of the most famous hotels in the world from the Savoy in London to the Ritz in Paris to Mount Congreve House in Waterford.
Through my work I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience, and have been working as a chef consultant since 1995 with contracts worldwide.
Today I have emerged from the white hot heat of the kitchen -and from the nightmare of drink, drugs and gambling to chart a way forward for the future as a chef coach -
a life coach for chefs - and indeed for those who dine - so that they may benefit from my experience and recognise the warning signs that work against Efficiency, Consistency and Profitability in the kitchen.
